Can I use my current number?
Yes. DribX can be configured with local, toll-free, landline, or VoIP numbers depending on the service context. A new number can also be provided if needed.
Is this only for marketing?
No. DribX is designed for operational communication with customers, members, tenants, or contacts that already have a relationship with your organization.
Does DribX support MMS?
Yes. MMS photos and attachments can stay in the same thread as SMS messages, notes, and conversation history.
How do group messages work?
You send an update to a group of existing contacts. Each reply then returns as an individual conversation your team can assign, filter, and follow.
What do AI-assisted categories do?
They help classify conversations by intent or urgency, such as an urgent request, a billing question, or an appointment follow-up.
