Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-03-26. This policy explains how DribX and Entreprise SoftConseil Inc. collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information related to dribx.com, the app.dribx.com login portal, and the service onboarding and support process.
Scope and accountability
Entreprise SoftConseil Inc. operates the DribX site and login portal and is responsible for the personal information it holds. Under Québec law, the business publishes the title and contact details of the person responsible for personal information protection. For privacy-related questions, you may contact Frédéric Jean at ventes [at] myowntelco [dot] net.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with DribX, we may collect identification and contact information, onboarding and account-request details, login identifiers, multi-factor authentication data, technical logs, support exchanges, and operational data processed through the service, such as business phone numbers, message content, and prepared-response settings.
Purposes of use
We use personal information to operate the site and login portal, open and manage accounts, secure access, deliver DribX features, respond to requests, provide support, prevent security incidents, meet legal obligations, and reasonably improve the service. We aim to limit collection to information that is necessary for the purpose identified.
Disclosure and service providers
Personal information may be disclosed on a need-to-know basis to authorized SoftConseil personnel, hosting and technology providers, suppliers involved in authentication, messaging, operations, or support, and public authorities when required by law. Where disclosure outside Québec is required, it must be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including the prior privacy assessment required by law when applicable.
Cookies, logs, and technical means
The site and login portal may use session data, technical logs, and connection technologies required for authentication, security, stability, and continuity of service. If additional analytics or tracking tools are added later, this policy should be updated to describe them in clear and simple language.
Retention, safeguards, and incidents
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the identified purposes, account administration, support, abuse prevention, contractual needs, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect confidentiality. If a confidentiality incident occurs, we apply the response process required by law, including required notices where a risk of serious injury exists.
Your rights
Subject to legal limits, you may request access to your personal information, request correction, withdraw certain consents where applicable, and request communication of computerized personal information in a structured and commonly used format where such a right applies. You may also submit a complaint relating to personal information handling to the person responsible for privacy protection.
DribX as a service provider
When a business customer uses DribX to communicate with its own contacts, personal information may be processed by DribX on that customer’s behalf. In that context, the customer remains responsible for its own obligations toward end users, including required notices, valid consent where applicable, and lawful use of SMS communications.
