Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-03-26. These terms govern the use of dribx.com, the app.dribx.com login portal, and, more generally, access to the public information and login interfaces associated with DribX.
Acceptance and scope
By accessing the site or the DribX login portal, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you use DribX under a separate commercial agreement, that agreement complements these terms and prevails to the extent of any conflict for the matters it specifically covers.
Permitted use
The public site is provided for information purposes. The login portal is intended for authorized access only. You agree to use DribX lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or restricted features, nor to disrupt, test, or circumvent the security of the service.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, the accuracy of the information you submit, and the use made of your access. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use, suspected compromise, or anomaly affecting your account or authentication process.
Use of the SMS service
DribX enables business SMS activation and management according to the number context, selected configuration, and available services. Each customer remains responsible for compliance with the rules applicable to its communications, including required consents, opt-out handling, lawful message content, and proper use of contact data or automated replies.
Consent, sender identification, and opt-out
Where a message is a commercial electronic message under applicable law, including in Canada, the customer must obtain the required consent before sending, retain adequate proof of that consent, clearly identify the sender or brand on whose behalf the message is sent, and provide a functioning unsubscribe mechanism where required. The customer remains responsible for determining whether a message is promotional, transactional, informational, exempt, or subject to specific legal rules.
Prohibited or restricted content
DribX may not be used to send or facilitate unsolicited messages, spam, harassment, phishing, scams, fraudulent lotteries, unlawful gaming or promotions, misleading content, threats, hate speech, violence, obscene material, malware, or any content that is unlawful. Use cases involving sensitive or regulated categories, including certain promotions, adult content, gaming, betting, cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, high-risk financial services, debt collection, critical alerts, or other categories requiring additional approvals or validations, may only be used where lawful and with all required prior approvals.
Emergency use, fraud prevention, and platform protection
The customer must not use DribX as the sole channel for medical or life-threatening emergency information, nor for public emergency alerting reserved to authorized authorities or systems. The customer must also not use the platform in a way that bypasses filters, harms the network, exposes SoftConseil, suppliers, aggregators, or carriers to liability, or damages the security, trust, or deliverability of the service.
Enforcement and consequences
SoftConseil may, without notice where necessary, request proof of consent or compliance, block or reject messages, suspend or restrict access, disable an account, remove content, report problematic use to suppliers, aggregators, carriers, or competent authorities, and cooperate with lawful requests or investigations. The customer remains responsible for all claims, losses, penalties, costs, and damages arising from non-compliant use of the service.
Third-party and related sites
The DribX site may contain links to related sites operated by SoftConseil or its partners, including myowntelco.net for certain account-opening steps, as well as third-party sites. Each site applies its own terms and privacy policy, which you should review before using that site.
Intellectual property
The texts, trademarks, logos, mockups, screenshots, interfaces, and other content published on the DribX site are protected by applicable law. Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, adapt, or commercially exploit them other than for reasonable internal use related to evaluating or using the authorized service.
Availability, changes, and suspension
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site and access points available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, withdraw, or evolve all or part of the site, portal, or specific functions for security, maintenance, compliance, or service-evolution reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public site is provided as is, without express or implied warranties. SoftConseil is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or inability to access it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute relating to the site or login portal will be submitted to the competent courts of Québec, subject to mandatory rules of law. For questions, you may contact Frédéric Jean at ventes [at] myowntelco [dot] net.
Updates
We may update these terms. The last updated date indicates the version currently in force. By continuing to use the site or portal after a change, you accept the updated terms.
